Using our Patient Portal - Connectmed

A patient portal allows enrolled patients to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions * online

You can also see lab results, conditions and past immunizations that you have had.

It is simple to register for this, we have forms at reception that you complete – that each family member MUST have a unique email address is the only requirement. ID MAY BE REQUIRED.

We enter your details and you then receive an email that you must respond to within seven (7) days by putting in the password that you have chosen twice. You may need to check your junk folder for the email if it hasn’t come through to your inbox after a couple of days.

*When requesting a repeat prescription and you wish for us to fax it to a pharmacy, you must put in the pharmacy’s fax number (it will not come through to us otherwise). It will come up with the amount owing and our bank account number is shown if you wish to pay online.
